Month of May 2017

I have been working on the first piece in the calendar, and proudly present the painting “Mountain Walks”. I want to capture that there is still snow in the mountains, but nature is coming to life. This painting is ca 60cm x 60cm and got a black frame.

During the month of May, it’s my goal to finish this painting and I will upload the finished piece here at the end of the month.

Right now I am working on the total of 21 canvases, so I am going to carefully select one piece at a time to finish, that will capture the feeling of each month from now on. Make sure you support me on Patreon so I can keep at it. I just put a huge dent in my budget to buy all the art stuff I need to get this project started so any support is very welcome.

It is my ambition to work 4-5 hours a day on my paintings, and have them shown at a gallery I am invited to show the work at. I will bring you all with me as we go along.

Here is some walls from my art cave where I work on my paintings.. I hang up the 4 pieces I wanna work on the most now

I will update you on Calendar of May as we go along

20th of May: I have worked on up to 21 canvases this month, and my May piece will be updated on this site on the last day of the month, and I will move on to June. I am not 100% sure I will finish the May painting in May, and it’s not something I stress doing. These are all sketches and study’s I am working on and they all take time and brains to work on. Every time I paint I try something new a build and test of things on my paintings. I don’t paint by photo’s etc, do it’s a little bit more tricky to do what I do now then the usual paint what you see thing

Kind Regards
